Diamond Wire Drawing Dies
Originally established to add value to our knitted wire mesh products, ACS Industries, Inc.'s Wire Die Group offers natural diamond wire drawing, single crystal synthetic wire drawing dies (SCS dies), and polycrystalline diamond wire drawing dies (PCD dies) ranging from 0.09 mm to 1.30 mm (0.0035" to 0.05") diameters to the wire drawing industry at large.
With new die production at our ISO/TS 16949 certified factory in Shanghai, China with polishing and diamond die re-cutting in China and our Monterrey, Mexico facility, our dies are manufactured to the highest quality while remaining cost competitive.
