Roll Formed Tubes

ACS Industries, Inc. manufactures rolled formed tubes at our factory in Monterrey, Mexico.  Our roll formed tubes are primarily used in the air bag industry but have applications throughout virtually every industry.
At ACS quality products are our number one priority.  Utilizing redundant systems, we constantly monitor weld integrity using an Eddy Current Test and periodic metallurgical testing.  In addition, we utilize a semi-automated alignment system to ensure consistent weld position.
 
ACS' roll former can mill tubes to the following specifications:
  • Outside diameter (OD) ranging from 0.5" (13 mm) to 2.5" (64 mm)
  • Wall thicknesses ranging from 0.02" (0.5 mm) to 0.095" (2.4 mm)

Various cutting and end forming options are also available.
